Keynote Speaker: Michael Muyot, President & Founder, CRD Analytics

Michael Muyot, President and Founder of CRD Analytics, a leading provider of independent sustainability investment analytics, is an acknowledged leader in Sustainable Investing. He has developed a unique set of tools that are helping to drive the industry, including the SmartView® 360 Platform, which powers sustainability indexes, rankings, and research reports. These include the NASDAQ CRD Global Sustainability Index (QCRD), the SeaCrest Global Clean Energy Index; and, the Southeastern Corporate Sustainability Rankings.

A Founding Partner of The Analyst Desk, Muyot co-anchored SDROI TV, a business news program for the corporate and financial communities focused on global sustainability Exchanges, Indexes, and Rankings. He serves as a Global Advisory Council Member for Cornerstone Capital Group, a founding SASB Ambassador for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, and a Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute.

A prolific speaker, Muyot has given talks at many prestigious universities, webinars, and community events. Some highlights include: Harvard Business School, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Presidio Graduate School, NYU, Daniels School of Business at DU, Colombia University, UMass Dartmouth, Bentley University, Bard College, UVA Darden School of Business, and Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (CUNY). He also spoke at the Hudson Valley Tech Meetup, and was the Key Note at the Integrated Thinking Symposium.

Michael was published in a chapter of “Sustainability at Work” by Marilyn Waite, as well as the “California Management Review”. Most recently, Forbes conducted an interview, ‘The Four Filters of ESG Performance’, with Mr. Muyot. In an e-book from Harvard Business School (HBS) on The Landscape of Integrated Reporting: Reflections and Next Steps, Muyot authored the chapter titled, “Sustainable Investing and Integrated Reporting: Driving Systematic Behavioral Change in Public Companies through Global Sustainability Rankings, Indexes, Portfolio Screening and Social Media.”
